Peaceful evening

Spring is almost here even though it might get close to freezing on Wednesday night. We have started turning the soil for the summer crops and have the electric fences up for the deer. Everything is turning green and the oak leaves are bigger than a squirrels ear which means it is safe to plant.

Growing garlic

We planted garlic last fall in the raised bed garden to overwinter. The plants have really grown in the last few weeks and are very healthy.
